Our Role

The Center of Applied Sustainability leads the development and execution of the Lonza CHI sustainability strategy to lower the environmental footprint, focusing on:

Climate impact & Carbon Footprint Reduction: With climate goals validated by the Science Based Targets initiative, the Lonza Group has announced its ambition to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by 2030.
Responsible Sourcing: Ensuring ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
Social Responsibility: Promoting positive social impact within our operations and partnerships.
